This one bedroom apartments unit is a really nice size (about 1000 sq ft) with 3 enormous walk in closets -plenty of room for your personal items and storage. It has a large balcony overlooking Benjamin Franklin Parkway that offers great views of the city. The unit has a newly renovated bathroom, large windows with lots of natural light, and custom window treatments. The kitchen has a micro-wave oven, full size stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and exhaust fan. There is also plush wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the apartment. The rent also includes the use of our roof top pool, 24 hour fitness center, and 24 hour front desk/ concierge service. We have an attached enclosed garage with an inside entrance to the building and discounted monthly rates are available to our tenants. Our two on-site restaurants (Asia on the Parkway and Con Murphy's Irish Pub) also offer room service!
