Pets

We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Our fees include a $250 cat fee,  a $350 one-time fee for dogs under 40 pounds, and a $450 one-time fee for dogs over 40 pounds. There is also $35/month pet rent.
