Devon-Paoli, PA

Devon, a Main Line community, is located in Easttown Township, Chester County, along Route 30 (Lancaster Pike). Paoli, slightly West of Devon, is also part of the Main Line and lies in Easttown, Tredeffrin, and Willistown townships. As with many other historic Main Line communities, many of the current homes stand where large estates once stood as such properties have been subdivided into building lots for single family homes or townhouses. Bus and rail transportation, Route 202, and nearby routes 476 (Blue Route) and 320 provide access from Devon and Paoli to Philadelphia and the region - and all the area has to offer in the way of shopping, dining, entertainment, recreational, and cultural opportunities. Residents of these communities participate in a variety of civic, social, and service groups, and the Devon Horse Show Fair Grounds are home to the world famous Devon Horse Show each May. A variety of housing options are available in these communities.
