The township of Levittown, population 53,966 is located in Bucks County just northeast of Philadelphia between Trevose and the New Jersey state line along Highway 13 on the banks of the Delaware River. Levittown spread out over four municipalities, which included parts of Middletown Twp., Falls Twp., Bristol Twp., and Tullytown Borough. As large as Levittown became, it was never incorporated into a city. Renter occupied housing is 14% of total housing.
