The village of Audubon rests on the banks of the Schuykill River in Montgomery County, PA. Its roots reach to the 18th century, but it was re-named to honor famed American naturalist John James Audubon. The area was formerly known for copper mining but is now primarily residential. Mr. Audubon’s Mill Grove estate is a popular tourist spot, and you can see how the area’s natural beauty inspired him to start drawing and studying birds. The town also boasts a wide variety of amenities, including several excellent schools and a number of nature trails that wend through public parks.

If all this nature appeals to you, why not check out our Audubon apartments for rent?
